Join us for fortnightly sessions of mindful movement, meditation, creative writing and reflection.
A chance to connect, reset and re-centre with other like minded creatives.
Rooted in our love for movement, connection and low stakes playful expression; these sessions will create a brand new space unlike anything we’ve done before!
Come As You Are

Shared meditation
Gentle movement
Creative reflection
Expressive release
Burnt Orange are so excited to be teaming up with Amelia Glydon for a series of 7 stand alone sessions from February to May 2026.
Designed specifically for young and emerging artists, supporting creative expression, inward connection and forming a brand new community.

Through a variety of gentle meditation, sound bath and movement, we’ll create space in the body and mind before moving into a free creative reflection of writing and releasing, allowing anything you may be holding onto or struggling to express, to gently come to the surface.
Each week we will focus on awakening and reconnecting with your inner energy centres (Chakras).
Mats and materials provided, but bring your own if you'd like to!
Our intention is to create time and space just for you.
Time to get creative from a personal, inward place.
Time to focus on something that’s sitting at the forefront of your mind, or simply to arrive as you are and see what unfolds.
This is about slowing down, listening inward, and bringing a sense of mindfulness into your week.
Open to everyone
All ages, minds and bodies are welcome.
You’re invited to take everything at your own pace.
Whether you want to sit and write quietly, move freely, or simply be held within a creative community for the evening, you belong here.
How could it help?
Maybe you’re auditioning for drama school and want techniques to relax and focus.
Maybe you’re a creative experiencing a block or feeling disconnected.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck for ideas, low in energy, or curious about stepping into a new space.
Wherever you’re at you’re welcome.
