This is a space for Global Majority artists to be present together and candid about the realities of professional creativity. Facilitated from the perspective of experience but pillared in open sharing and reflection, this workshop will examine the tools that uplift Global Majority artists in an industry that isn't always built for us. We will explore the basics of biographies and career starts to the business of selling yourself as an artist without selling yourself as a token. Community resources will be shared, along with opportunities for funding and practical backing.
